I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year and let's all hope that 2009 is going to be great! Here at EC we are currently working on the new TSO zones and have successfully killed the first two named in Tomb of the Mad Crusader and the first named in Palace of the Ancient One.

So how's the new expansion?

The Shadows of Luclin err... Odyssey

Well, too bad it isn't Shadows of Luclin but I guess The Shadow odyssey will do... for now. Everyone's pretty much was hoping for something like Scars of Velious but SoE didn't follow the EQ1 expansion schedule and is delving more into the old school crawling dungeons of Ruins of Guk and Befallen. EQ1 Guk was hella fun and always made my claustrophobia worse, even at higher levels.

With this expansion, you guys probably already know, that AA points are going to cap at 200 (yay me i'm still at 135) and the rest of the zone of Veksar (GU48) will be opened up. Oh, and five new Heritage Quests is being added, too.

Still hoping for Velious to come out soon tho (maybe next year). TSO comes out 11-18-2008.

Next Target: Nexona

Got a few flagging to do and we'll be back in VP to take on Nexona again. Check this video out of another guild killing her - kinda kewl.

Every member should visit Allakhazam to read on strats and get some ideas or if you have one let Para or Footz know bout it and we'll run it and see if it works.

We're still lookin for a couple of key active classes like a conjy and swash, keyword "active" who can play for at least 4 days a week.

Hi EC!

I would like to personally congratulate Anarkee for being promoted to a Junior Officer. Anarkee has been working really hard in helping with the new website and maintaining and monitoring our forums.

Also, congratulations to Feniena, Sammantha, and Mortred on their promotions to Dedicated Member status. Your hard work on raids and your loyalty to EC makes you all worthy of this promotion. We appreciate your continued support and just overall, personal awesomeness. =)

Last but not least, congratulations to Vixan on being promoted to Member. Look forward to having you as a member of EC and helping us progress. And welcome to all our new recruits!

Well let's keep working hard on progression. For anyone who doesn't know, VP is bugged atm since the live update and is pretty much unraidable. Hopefully, it will be fixed next week and we can get back to trying to kill Nexona!

Hi EC members!

I hope that you will all enjoy our new guild site. Ocean and Anarkee are working diligently on it to get it and the forums up and running. If you have any suggestions or would like to help out let any of the officers know. We hope to make this site easy to use and informative.

For non-EC members who may be interested, EC is a level 80 raiding guild on Befallen server. We raid Sunday through Thursday from 8:30pm EST to midnight. We are VP flagged and have killed through Druushk within VP. We have all but two named down in SoH. As a guild, we want to continue to progress through end-game content before the new expansion comes out in November. If you are interested in joining, please contact myself (Footz), Parawulf, Ocean, Lanran, or Talonstrike in game.
